When I try to capture the following entire web page and auto-save it then only a partial (possibly sub-frame?) is
captured: https://www.ebay.de/itm/311371689105 The part being saved is the central picture in the middle of the web page. In previous versions of Fireshot this worked. But since the last updates there is a bug in Fireshot. The error occurs in only 10% of all entire-web-page captures but can be reproduced. I am using Fireshot "v0.98.76 Evaluation version, 9 days of free trial" on Firefox v38.0.5 under 64bit Win 7 Please fix error. Thank you Peter |

Hello,
Can you post the FireShot's output please? I tried to capture this page, and it works fine for me: see here... __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

This is not a bug. FireShot detects a scrolling region and captures it without prompt, because the following option is being set on (should be changed to "Ask") :

Ok, thank you.
It seems to work now. I will check if other web pages are printed entirely as well. However I wonder why this worked in the past resp. how I could (accidentially) change this setting. Is there a way to backup/export (and restore/import) the current settings to a file. Are the settings stored in Firefox or in Windows Registry? |

Thanks for reporting that! It seems that the nightly version has some *improvements* that make FireShot useless. I'll check it and include fixes in my next release. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
