Black Screen

Question

Hi
I use FireShot mostly with Chrome and lately whenever I make a screen shot, all I get is a black page with no content. (Version 0.98.91)
It works with Opera
In Firefox, I only get the free version so I can't use that (why is that not the pro version?)

Windows 10
Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m

I need a fix for this, as I don't want to change browser

Hi David. I'm sorry for the late response. 1. Does the problem with Chrome happen to specific URLs? 2. Your key works for Firefox too, just make sure you're entering it correctly
