I bought FireShot Pro and I've been using it for over a year. Suddenly, I receive a message saying my trial subscription is expiring. The FireShot icon is now red rather than the white one before.
I've reinstalled the FireShot app in Firefox four or five times. When viewing the drop down box, it does not appear the same as shown in the installation instructions. There is nothing that allows a key code to be entered. FireShot Pro is working in Internet Explorer, and I was able to enter a key code per the installation instructions. It just doesn't work in Firefox |
