help pls fireshot don't work

i can't use fireshot on firefox anymore (it don't work)
when i press right click the tool doesn't appear and when i click on the icon of the tool list it don't do anything |

So you see the "S" button on the tool bar, but when you press it, you do not see items right? Or, you see the items, but nothing happens when you select "Capture Entire page"?
