Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
I'm using the latest version of Fireshot and Chrome. |

| It's the free version. I'm afraid to switch over to the pro version as i don't want to pay and still have it not work. Would like to just stick with the free version. It use to work fine. But now, it only works once and then stops working. But if i reboot my computer, it will work again (once). Something is getting stuck or is broke somewhere. | ||

Hi,
I have had the exact same issue for months. Win10 Pro Firefox v.87.0 Fireshot v.0.98.98 Free (last update 06/2020) Steps to reproduce the bug: Editor launches once. The following captures seem to work but the editor no longer opens. Editor preferences no longer opens either. Quote:
This issue is specific only to the Free version. Is this a way to force people to upgrade to the pro version? If so, they should be informed. |
