Plugin version ( FireShot 0.98.98)
OS type and version ( MS Windows 10, build 18362-836, English) Version of browser ( Firefox/80.0 64bit, Chrome Version 84.0.4147.135 (Official Build) (64-bit), Edge Version 85.0.564.41 (Official build) (64-bit) ) Dear Fireshot CS, I have installed Fireshot Pro on my Laptop, My wife Laptop and I want tot install it on My desktop and the family desktop which is running windows 10 with 4 users accounts. I know from information on your web-page that you can install Fireshot Pro on 4 devices (2 laptops and 2 desktop). But when I installed it on the Desktop on one user account, The other users still do not have it activated. Does this mean I have to install Fireshot Pro on all users individually? And will this still be considered 1 device install? I do not want to have to buy another license just so each of the 4 desktop users (me, my wife and 2 kids) can all enjoy the functionality of Fireshot Pro . Please tell me what I should do in this case to allow all users accounts to be able to use Fireshot Pro . sincerely, Edward Mathenge e_mathenge@hotmail.com |
