How to capture the full content within a scrolling portion of the webpage?

For example, in your webpage
https://getfireshot.com/buy.php

Under the heading "We have a 5-star rating (more than 20000 reviews) on Google Chrome Web Store!", there is a column with a scroll bar on right containing many comments from other users. I have tried to capture all the contents within the column alone but in vain.
The capture with edit + control does not work.
Please advise

Unfortunately, not all elements can be scrolled by FireShot, thus it does not highlight these areas with Ctrl.
