How do I NOT capture the menu bar in middle of screenshot? It looks like it's adding it where you would scroll down, but my page doesn't actually look like that. Is there an option to NOT capture that?

Hello, you can try the Advanced version of FireShot - it provides some advanced tools for proper capturings. It's free.

It's $40. Where do I get the advanced version free?

Ah, sorry, it looks like you're using the Chrome browser. These features are available for free in Firefox.

I can use firefox, too. How do I get the advanced features? When I click "try advanced features" a window opens and flashes something real quick and then goes blank. Nothing is there.

That's weird. Do you have any popup blockers? Can I see this problem? (Skype, TeamViewer)

Ah, thank you very much for this movie. It seems you're on Mac, right? We do not have it for Macs at the moment, and this button should not be visible :/
