How to capture web page snippets with FireShot.
FireShot’s “Selection” mode allows you to capture specific parts of a webpage instead of the entire screen. By clicking and dragging, you highlight the exact rectangular area you need, and FireShot automatically scrolls if you reach the page boundary.
Holding the ALT (Option) key lets you capture the full width of the page, while pressing CTRL (^) ensures a precise rectangular selection.
Positioning your cursor near the page margins lets you start or end the capture at an exact point.
FireShot Pro can also highlight individual elements, even those with their own scrollable sections. Holding CTRL (^) while hovering over these elements reveals a highlight with yellow, indicating that the element contains scrollable content.
