OS type and version: MS Windows 11 Pro 24H2 Version of browser: Google Chrome Version 143.0.7499.170 (Official Build) (64-bit) Steps to reproduce the bug: (1) Navigate to https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/1462801/pn/010-02969-00/#specs (2) Left click Fireshot Extension button, Left click "Capture entire page and Edit" (3) Page scrolls downward automatically ss Fireshot makes capture (4) Captured area is shown within Fireshot window (5) Captured file is given a name and saved (6) When file is opened, nothing appears but blank white space. Hello,
I just wanted to echo that I am having the same issue with scrolling screenshots on several sites also on version 2.1.4.4. Interestingly, I noticed the non-pro version of the extension still works. However, I need a solution that allows us to continue using the pro features. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Alex |
