| Similar to the above I purchased FireShot Pro but was unable to download a copy as my system didn't recognize the key. Late when I tried another server the key had lapsed. | ||

I paid for Fireshot Pro and see ZERO licence and owner name information. How about sending this to jurasms@dhec.sc.gov
Am I being penalized for using Pay Pal. Have checked spam folders of all three email addresses.
