I purchased Fireshot on July 23, 2021 after the free version had been installed.
I developed some health problems so I haven't tried to use the purchased version until today (and probably used the free version a couple of times shortly after I downloaded it). I couldn't find a way to enter the registration code today to get the benefit of the paid version so I uninstalled it from Chrome, re-booted, downloaded the current Fireshot exe (see below), and it did literally nothing - no screens, no menus, nothing, and no messages (except for the log below). I'm obviously doing something wrong but I can't figure out what. Thank you for your assistance. Tried to install fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe (does not have any version number within the exe file name but the version shows as 0.0.0.0 when the mouse arrow hovers above the file name. The exe file was downloaded today.
