FireShot Pro minimised, can't open

Question

I can't access the FireShot GUI at all. There's a minimised window in my task bar which says "FireShot Pro" but it can't be restored. If I quit the browser and restart, creating a new capture makes the shutter sound and the minimised window appears back in the task bar. Still can't be restored.

I have rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled as many times, but it's useless

This is on a laptop which does occasionally get used in a multi-display setup, but it's currently single display.

Version: 0.98.98
OS: W10 Pro x64
Browser: FF 83 x64
Console: no logs or errors
