Hello,
I am using FireShot Pro and I am unable to activate the software. When I enter my username and license key, the activation fails and I receive the following error message: Error The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program. I have checked the license details, but the program still does not accept them. Could you please help me resolve this activation issue?
