fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe never installed on win10

| as above, the fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe file was neve installed successfully on my win10 system. And My trial is out of date, no way to edit and crop any imgs anymore. and it sucks... | ||

and every time I want to go back to the lite version and install the plugin， it fails.
always remind to upgrad to pro verision. it sucks， man. Can I just simply use the lite version with the fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe ？ |
