hi, i tried the trial fireshot version and it worked well i just bought it and its not working anymore. I first followed the quick activation link, and the activation was supposed to be "done", but i could not get the PDFs anymore and when i would try to configure the options nothing opened anymore when i clicked on the buttons.
Then i downloaded and installed the latest version as explained elsewhere, and nothing has changed. Trying to click where it says Register the thing but nothing opens. Anyway it is supposed to be already registered. One moment ago, with the trial version, everything was fine. And i can add: the "clock" suggesting me to buy before 3 hours had passed is still running, as if i had not bought the product. I received an email with invoice and all, and its all paid. My version is in french. What to do? very frustrating. |
