To Whom It May Concern,
I'm having a persistent issue with the FireShot Pro Chrome extension that I'm unable to resolve. To the best of my knowledge, I've configured the extension to capture continuous single-page PDF screenshots. To confirm my settings, under Options > General > Confirmations, I've selected "Do not create" for the "Create multi-page PDF files (FireShot Pro option)" setting. However, it still creates multipage PDFs. Further, under that same setting, when I switch it to "Ask," FireShot does not prompt me to ask if I'd like to create a multipage PDF. I have double checked the licensing info on the extension to ensure I'm using FireShot Pro. Please help me with this issue. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. Sincerely, Eric |
