Bought second license in error - not getting a response to my request for a refund

I just bought FireShot Pro, and when I went to put the receipt email in a folder, I found that I had already purchased it!!  I wasn’t getting full-page screenshots, so I thought I didn’t own the software (and was kicking myself for not having bought it years ago).  Turns out I did have it.  I have emailed your contacts@getfireshot.com twice, requesting a refund for the second license, and have not had a response.  The license I listed with my registration for Support is the second license I have and need to be refunded.  Contact me and I can give you the license that I already own.
