I bought FireShot Pro several years ago. I have this problem with every upgrade. The upgrade doesn't capture the license key from the edition of the I've been using. The upgrade put me the free trial mode, which has expired. I have no idea how to the license I've already purchased.
i believe there is some way to get my existing license, I just don't remember what to do. Thank youi, Rebecca |
