FireShot Chrome Constantly Reverting to Lite Version

| Is there an actual solution for this? I've had the Pro version for around 5 months now. All of a sudden it switches to Lite, you can reinstall pro, go to do a capture, and the window just disappears and voila, back to Lite. Doesn't matter if I remove FireShot from Chrome and re-add - same thing. This is very frustrating for a paid product. | ||
