Unable to save web page in PDF anymore

Hi,
I'm unable to save any screenshots as a pdf anymore. I used to be able to but not recently (past few days). Please advise. Thanks you so much.

Requested Information:

Plugin Version: 0.98.97.2
OS Type: Windows 10 64-bit
Browser: Chrome Version 80.0.3987.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Steps to reproduce bug: while on website I wish to print, click FireShot plugin, choose Capture entire page and Save as PDF, get error message at https://www.screencast.com/t/2MzeRSecCH
Webpage URL: all URL's have the same issue

Hello. Can you please try saving to a different folder / with a different filename. It can be either a problem with permissions, or a problem with the length of the full filename, which is limited by OS.
