Fireshot worked for 15 minutes then broke

Question

I just started using Fireshot and everything worked perfectly with saving selections and the rest but now when I go to Save Selection I see the whole browser window turn grey for about 1/10th of a second. Then when you try to save any kind of screenshot it says "Currently saving a screenshot. Please wait until screenshot has been saved" but nothing else happens (no screenshot is saved).

I tried:

- restart browser

- disable Fireshot -> re-enable Fireshot

- uninstall Fireshot -> clean cache etc. etc. with CCleaner - > reinstall Fireshot

- install Fireshot in a different FF profile that has exactly one other extension installed ('Mozilla Archive Format')

Version 0.98.93

Win 7 Pro

FF 45.7.0 ESR

Hello, thank you for your excellent report. However, I'm sorry to say, that current releases and fixes are applied only to the current Firefox release (Quantum). Even, if we could find a bug, there's no way to fix it now according to the Mozilla rules.
