Hello. You see that message because you need to install advanced features to be capable of creating multipage PDFs. Initially the extension is shipped without these features, so you need to install them manually. When you do this, you'll be asked for the existing key, and the extension will switch to Pro.

Sure, you have the lifetime license. You can install the Pro features manually using either the 'Try advanced features' command, or using this setup: https://getfireshot.com/fireshot-install.exe (no extension reinstall required).

Seems like the Pro features cannot be activated due to system protection settings. Can we get in touch in TeamViewer for a quick research/fix to this problem?

Firstly, thank you for staying with me. Shows you care about your product. I am quite familiar with TeamViewer and could get on. FYI: I like UltraViewer better because of no restrictions. That said I will totally disable Norton then execute the d/l'd app to see if Pro features get installed. I will also disable extension UBlock Origin extension in Firefox and Norton and retry then report results. What other “system blocker” might you be suggesting? Tnx, Ira

FYI: Turning off Norton Security and uBlock Origin made no difference. I then selected Remove attempted reinstall from the d/l you linked me to and it never reappeared. I found another link at your site that at least allowed it to appear that I could license. Still do not see advanced features. So, I also have a Win 10 Pro VM that has virtually no extensions in Firefox. I installed it and was able to select trial successfully. So, I’m guessing there is an extension that I have in my native Win 10 Pro that is preventing the advanced features to work. I also tried executing the plug-in exe that I got from the successful installation in my VM. Tthe text file it creates looked fine but no changet I can disable extensions and retry. I will report results. I do not want to run without those few other extensions. They are equally as important. Will return with results. In the interim, if you have other ides, share them.

Hello, I apologize. I just realized I did have the feature to create multiple page pdfs for long web pages. I always though it was a check box in options. I just noticed it appeared after creating a pdf. So, you may close this thread. Thank you!
