jean-luc.marouby@wanadoo.fr Good morning I downloaded FireShot from Apple Store. Very satisfied with this software I decided to buy FireShot Pro from FireShot menu. Everything went well. The license in FireShot clearly indicates that the product is registered for Jean-Luc Marouby But I did not receive the software key necessary to access, among other things, the Premium section of the forum support. Hello and thank you for letting us know about this problem. I checked last orders and found the cause of this issue - the email was incorrectly entered (jean-lic.marouby@wanadoo.fr).
