Menu bar of editor is mostly off the screen making close, minimize maximize buttons out of sight

When I take a screenshot and the editor opens up, the top of the menu bar is out of sight, so I can't close the editor. I am using the latest version of Chrome on a Windows 11 machine. Fireshot Version
1.12.18
