Change Save Location When Opening With External Editor

Question

I have successfully changed the external editor, but how can I change the default save location when using 'Open with External Editor'. I know how to change the save location when using 'Save', but can't figure out where the setting is when using external editor.

Hello and sorry for the late reply. This default location can be changed in Options->Environment->Specify working Folder. The Options dialog can be quickly opened from the Editor.

that location is supposedly a TEMPORARY WORKING FILE location!!! you explicitly say NOT to save files there!!! just WHERE do i specify an actual save file location??? It's important not to confuse the basic feature of saving to image or PDF with the feature to export capture to a 3rd party editor. In the second case, you specify a working folder as discussed previously. For the first case you specify the location in the 'Save as' dialog.
