CANNOT include Version #. Will not activate!!!
Win 7 Pro SP1 Firefox 11.0 I had a hard drive failure, and had to reload all OS and program files. When I tried to go to FireShot Pro and enter key#, it says it is an invalid number. Up until the HD failure, it worked perfectly. Purchase data is: December 10, 2010 and processed by Avangate as the authorized vendor of ScreenShot Studio products has been successfully completed (order reference number: 833271  .
Can someone please help? I love the software but HATE companies that sell something and then essentially HIDE from customers. No phone#, no email, just a blog? |
