That user's concern was whether reinstalling FireShot would lose the captures saved for later reference. A supposed administrator responded saying to use the FireShot menu to "Install advanced features" to reinstall Pro features while my only advanced option is "Switch to Pro" that doesn't do anything. Note: Had successfully used FireShot Pro since purchasing a lifetime license on 12/20/2021 primarily in my default Chrome browser although it no longer works in Chrome or Edge.
