The developer is not addressing the issue yet.

From an IT troubleshooting point of view, it is being blocked or corrupted. I haven&#039;t the time to analyze the software yet, but eventually (when I get more time) I will pinpoint it. Until then, uninstall and reinstall.</description>

I am a FireShot Pro  License holder and need assistance reactivating my license on a new computer.
My previous computer crashed and is no longer functional, so I cannot deactivate FireShot Pro from that device. As a result, my license key will not activate on my new machine, even though I have a valid lifetime license.
