I cannot figure out how to get the logs in Safari, sorry.

When I select just a portion of a page to screenshot, it always takes about 1 1/2 inches extra on the left side.  It does this with all webpages that I try to capture a selection.

<summary>Hello,

I recently changed to a new computer and I would like to continue using my FireShot Pro license.

Before replacing my old computer, I deactivated the license successfully. However, on my new computer I cannot find where to download or install the Pro version again in order to activate it with my existing license key.

I still have my license information and activation email, but I am not sure which installer I should use or where I can download the latest FireShot Pro version.

Could you please let me know:

Where I can download the current FireShot Pro version.
Whether I need to reactivate the license manually using my existing license key.
If there are any additional steps required after transferring the license to a new computer.

I&#039;m using FireShot on Firefox v.151.0.3 (64-bit).
One of the emails I receive has a box with a border in it. I know I can clip the whole email screen - see attached.  Is there an easy way to choose just the box? When I try, oftentimes either the whole box won&#039;t be included in the captured area, or other popups are captured on top of the part I want.

<summary>Yes the submenu opens and that is where I saw the alt+shit+4 sequence.  Also, it is now working.  I ended up rebooting the computer for an update and it seems to be working properly now.  I did reboot the browser to no avail, but rebooting the computer seems to have fixed it.</summary>
