<summary>My SSS used to prompt me for which of my three monitors to capture from whenever I hit PrtScr or &quot;Capture full screen&quot;. When I selected &quot;Capture region&quot; or &quot;Capture window&quot; it would also let me do that across all three. 

However, this caused it to not be able to capture a cursor on a full screenshot, and since there was an option to limit it to just one monitor, I took that. Now I&#039;m stuck with ONLY my primary monitor, I can&#039;t find any way to go back...

How can I do that???</summary>

<summary>The software is buggy.
It has to be completely removed, close browser, reopen browser and then reinstall and upgrade.
The developer is not addressing the issue yet.

From an IT troubleshooting point of view, it is being blocked or corrupted. I haven&#039;t the time to analyze the software yet, but eventually (when I get more time) I will pinpoint it. Until then, uninstall and reinstall.</summary>
