Ive recently tried accessing features with my paid for license and its not working - i can share my invoice if needed.

But I've seen screenshots not capture the whole page, and then saving the image and PDF don't work.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug: The same exact error message "Failed to load SSSx64.dll. Possibly reinstall should help" in Chrome and Edge Browsers after repeated removals and reinstallations.
Searching FireShot Premium Support Forum: On 11/11/2024, one user had the same exact error message although in a different computer environment using Windows 7 OS and much older FireShot v1.11.25. That user's concern was whether reinstalling FireShot would lose the captures saved for later reference. A supposed administrator responded saying to use the FireShot menu to "Install advanced features" to reinstall Pro features while my only advanced option is "Switch to Pro" that doesn't do anything.

If you notice the logo in the top left, it has a one time animation on page start that puts a silver seal behind it.
When I do the screenshot, it "reloads" because the animation resets. Your purchased license in 2012 provides only personal usage according to the license terms. You need to purchase another license.
