Hi,
I just bought a pro license and everything's OK on FF and Chrome. But IE refuses to accept my license key. How do I do? Thx Bruno |

Same issue here. Where is this mentioned on the website that you need another license for Internet Explorer?? I have read all the pages and it is not mentioned.
We bought 4 licenses of the product expecting it to work in all the mentioned browsers, if this is not the case your information is misleading! If you take no action I will order my credit company to make a chargeback... |

| I do agree with aon... In addition, only one license is needed for both FF and Chrome, why a separate license for IE? | ||

| I couldn't get Firefox Pro to work in IE, then found this thread. You people are unconsionable with your marketing practice -- making people think FireShot Pro will work in both FireFox and IE, but neglecting to tell them they will have to purchase TWO licenses in order to accomplish it. Ridiculous. I feel deliberately deceived and cheated. I wouldn't have bought ONE license if I'd known I would have to purchase TWO. I'll be reporting you to Mozilla -- I'll bet they don't want to be seen as supporting such deliberately deceptive marketing. | ||

When you purchase FireShot Pro for Firefox, the product name is FireShot Pro for Firefox (neither for IE, nor Chrome nor Safari nor anythin else). Why do you think we're cheating?
