| i installed fireshot. somehow using fireshot i downloaded an image and sent it to My pictures. I want to delete the image but when i try i get an error message telling me internet explorer must close. how do i remove the image? | ||

| I want to delete FireShot. I see a previous instruction to ""DEL" key after thumbnail clicked", but alas, this doesn't mean anything to me. How do I delete FireShot from Firefox & IE? | ||
