Issues with installing Fireshot Pro on Chrome, using Windows 11

Hi,
I had to get a new computer, which now runs Windows 11. I installed the basic version of Fireshot pro first, but when I try to upgrade to Pro, it prompts me to download and run an exe file. When I try to run that, nothing happens. I dont know if this is a Windows 11 issue? I was able to upgrade to Pro on firefox with no issues. |
