Now FireShot works only the first time after opening the browser

Hi, I have this situation:

Plugin version: 0.98.98

OS type and version: Windows 7 Professional SP1

Version of browser: Chrome 83.0.4103.116

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Open the browser and a webpage
2) Use FireShot to make a screenshot (it works)
3) Use it again (it doesn't work now: it is like it's scanning the page, but after that, the explorer window to save files or the editor don't show up)

Webpage URL causing this problem: every webpage

Browser console returns me nothing about the extension.

I am suffering from the exact same issue. Can't use FireShot more than once. I have to close and reopen Chrome for Fireshot to work for multiple screenshots

Fireshot for Chrome v.0.98.98
Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116 (64-bit)
Windows 10 Pro Version 1909

Same problem. De-activating and re-activating plugin works once. But then stops again.
Firefox 78.0.2
Windows 10
Fireshot free 0.98.98

Guys, thank you for reporting, but this does not help since we aware of the problem. The real help would be participating in the TeamViewer session to research this problem, since we cannot re-create it on our configurations.
