Windows10 Chrome Version 81.0.4044.113 (Official Build) (64-bit) Steps to recreate: any time selection is in a scrolling window Webpage: all scrolling windows When selecting within a scrolling window, upper right hint says "Hold the Ctrl key and click this area for the scrolling content". I do that, and am able to select, however it forces the shape to be completely square. Not useful if I need to select a rectangle. |
