Capturing Setup and Editor Options Not Clickable

Question

Hi, I have included a screencast of my inability to click the Capturing Setup and Editor Options on the Options page.

Browser: Google Chrome 79.0.3945.130

These functions work Okay on my FireShot for FireFox Developers.

Hello. Thank you for the screencast. I wish all the bug reports were like yours. The dialog is already open in your taskbar. Because these are the modal dialogs, they cannot be opened twice. https://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/1245/3061549977.png
