Email address and subject not caring over to outlook

I am attempting to create a .pdf and email it with the "To:" filled in on the email window. I fill in the email address but it does not fill in once it opens in outlook. The .pdf is attached but it does not fill in the other information.
Plugin Version: v0.98.96 OS: Windows 10 Pro Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016 Browser: Chrome v 72.0.3626.121 Steps to reproduce the bug: Attempt to email. Webpage: any/all |
