'Fireshot for Desktop' - cant move or minimize icon on desktop

Question

This would be a good idea if it could be moved and/or minimized.

Please advise how to move, remove, or minimise icon to tray. It is right over the top of MS office QAT and my own desktop icons. No option but to exit Fireshot, to access them.

Windows 8.1 professional
Fireshot version not accessible from desktop icon
Not in a browser
Reproduce=Dont know when it starts, maybe when windows starts
No web page url

When you hover the icon, you get the window with commands like 'Capture window', 'Capture selection', etc. What if you close this window?

But let me tell you. "Close this window"="exit Fireshot" in my question above. Then can't access it.
If you are going to waste people's time spent pointing out bugs, and not fix them, I'll put my comment where it will be listened to.

The desktop icon switches to window, when you hover on it. When you do this, the close "X" button hides the icon, but the program remains to work.
