| I cannot take a screenshot from chrome anymore. the menu appears but when I click on anything in the menu - nothing happens. | ||

| I have the same problem but with Mozilla Firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still does not work. Has been working well for last 2 years so I don't understand. I have TeamViewer installed. | ||

Hi after updating recently FireShot Pro hotkeys stopped working, have opened Options, tried Apply and Save and Close.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled FireShot from Chrome Web store, and entered licensing info. FireShot 0.98.91 Chrome browser version 55.0.2883.75 m |

Hi, the add-on is deactivated: "Fireshot could not be verified and has been disabled."
Version. 0.98.89 Windows 7 Firefox 50.1.0 German But, Fireshot works with my Thunderbird (Vers. 0.98.89) Can somebody help? Friedel |
