You can use the Header and Footer option - they can be easily configured to provide the all necessary information.

Yes, but you can check the 'Capturing tab' in the options. There are 2 checkboxes to add the URL and the Title automatically.

I didn't see any option for Headers and Footers. I'm using the free version. Are these options in the paid version only?

I don't see a "Capturing tab" in the options. So I tried clicking on "Get advanced functions." It made me download a file, which I then installed (fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe), but then nothing happens. I still don't see anything different in the options. By the way, because of all the malware, spyware, and ransomware out there, I hate installing files from the internet and nothing happens. I feel like doing a system restore.
