Can you check the About window? Does it contain your name?

This installation adds advanced features including the ability to enter the code. Can you see the 'Enter license' item in the menu/options ?

After purchasing Pro and registering Pro it still wants me to buy Pro

I'm having the exact same problem and it's really frustrating. How do I make it stop doing this?

Hi JK, Thanks for your reply! I can see this in "Licensing Info" on Firefox but I can't find it in Chrome. Where should I look there?

I can't find the fireshot editor or the about window. The only clickable things are Options and Get Advanced Functions

I just realized that it does work on my laptop but not on my desktop. Do you require spending another $40 for the desktop also?

I have the same problem with it claiming my trial has expired, though I bought the Pro version over a year ago. When I click the About button, it goes to your website and tells me my trial period has ended. I would just as soon go back to the free version, but you don't include a button for that.

I installed Fireshot 0.98.85. No way to enter a license key. I've been told to reinstall from fireshot-install.exe. That didn't change the situation (OK, the PRO v0.98.86 claims to be installed now and works in limited-mode as the other version before). Now the extension has upgraded to v0.98.87. No change. There is no way to open the Editor ("Coming soon..." message is displayed instead) so no way to input a reg. key, as I red, through the About form. BTW: I've noticed that while clicking on Miscellaneous..._Preferences..._GeneralORCaptureOREditor the related forms appear for a fraction of a second... Fireshot seems to be a real useful peace of code, therefore I see here too much complaints in posts on similar issues, so I'm not willing to pay anything so far I'm not shure to not throw money and thurther time to the winds. Extension version: FireShot Pro 0.98.87 OS: MS Windows 10 Pro 64bit v.1511, build 10586.318, UK) Browser: Firefox v.46.0.1 (I've no clue if this is a 64bit version. I've installed it from Mozilla's site without explicitly requesting a 64bit one and I don't see any reference on this in its About form) A hint: Instead of messing up with form hiding in the base version, grey out the disabled functionalities and let people have an idea of what they will find in the paid licensed PRO version of Fireshot.
