Or now that they have my money, they could care less................
BUG IS BACK I get a "failed to access folder ........" when trying to save a screenshot. I am on the newest version and a PAID subscriber for Fireshot. It seems you have had this bug before...........please fix ASAP. I am baffled as to why a bug that you previously "fixed" is back in a new version.....poor coding? PlugIn Version is 0.98.47 OS is Win7 Professional Firefox version is 26.0 Steps to create: Fireshot capture will not save. Error: "failed to access folder...... Pages: 1 |

| When you say failed to access folder, which destination folder is this configured? Additionally, just to verify, are you logged in as admin? | ||

| Yes, I'm logged in as Administrator and I have always saved to the desktop. Nothing has been changed except for the buggy release of a new version on January 24. | ||
