Purchased Pro But There is no Icon to Access it

Question

I purchased FireShot Pro, Version 0.98.40, paid for it, downloaded, and installed it.

I am sorry, but I have no idea how to locate the plugin version.

In my Add-ons, it is listed as my FireShot Pro add on, active and ready.

However in Windows 8 with my Firefox 24.0 browser, there is no icon (blue icon, I presume?) for it.

Worse, my FireShot (red icon) is gone, and now that I have paid $39.95 for Pro, I have neither, since I cannot access the Pro program, and FireShot is no longer available for my use. It's gone.

Will someone please tell me how to get the icon to display.

Thanks for letting us know about this issue! Can you please press F10, select Tools->FireShot->Preferences and make sure the item "Integrate into Navigation Panel" is On:

If this option is On, can you please try customizing your toolbar and adding this button manually: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars ?

I was wondering about the icon too. By th way, this will be included on the next update, is this correct?
