Screenshot studio 1.9.86
PC / Windows 7 up to date I keep getting the same problem with screenshot studio. When I go to take a screenshot a get an error message. Here's what happens. I turn on my laptop and open screenshot studio I connect my 2nd monitor via VGA half way through the day I then try to take a screenshot and I get the error message. The error is something like You need -1935mb of RAM to take this screenshot The mb changes each time - sometimes its negative, sometimes positive. Always annoying. I close down and re-open SS and it works fine. Please help. Thanks Tom |

Its been happening for ages but only on my pc. We have other computers without trouble. But none of them use 2 computers.
Before the update it worked fine and took the screenshot across 2 monitors. But now it fails. |

Some browsers can be cut a whole pages.you can try it. __________________ It's just ctj what I had in mind.

Its been a long time and I've not had any response. I'm still having this problem and I believe its because I'm using 2 screens with my laptop.
Please help

| Bingo m8! Thats what it must be as I am using 2x monitors myself. It would be nice if the developer would respond on this issue and let us know it's being fixed in a future update? I was going to go Pro and I'm glad I didn't whilst theres problems like this. | ||

Well I have got pro and I'm a bit annoyed to be honest.
JK - have you connected a 2nd monitor yet? Please respond and at least let us know that something is being done to solve the problem. |

Hi, I am having the same problem - insufficient memory call. Using 2 monitors as well. Has there been any developement on this issue?
