Problems installing for IE8

Hello

I have been having some trouble attempting to install for IE8.

I entered the registration information, clicked ok and then got the message that the license key wasn't valid.

I bought five license keys for myself and colleagues. However I'm wondering if we purchased all Firefox keys rather than IE8 as I was unaware that you had to purchase separately for different browsers. (I didin't actually do the admin for the purchase)

If that is what has happened, please can we swap three of our Firefox keys for IE8 keys instead?

Hello, unfortunately license swapping is possible only during the first 30-days since purchase day (according to our refund policy). All I can do is to provide you with a discount on purchasing of 3 licenses for Internet Explorer.
