Hi,
I'm considering the Free Upgrades and Support option, however I noticed an odd discrepency on the site. On the order form it says "Most of our customers purchase this certificate for having Lifetime FREE upgrades and Premium Support." On this page (http://screenshot-program.com/fireshot/register.php?SRC=About) it says: If you buy Lifetime Support and Upgrades Warranty, then you receive these additional services for one year: * Priority email support. * All upgrades for FREE. * Optional involvement in beta program. These two contradict each other. The first says that all releases are provided free forever. The second one says that you get upgrades for only 1 year. It actually reads like "lifetime for one year"! I just want to be sure I know what I'm buying before I buy. Are the upgrades really a like time worth or just one year? Thanks. |

Thanks for pointing at this contradiction, of course this should be fixed.
The correct answer is: Most of our customers purchase this certificate for having Lifetime FREE upgrades and Premium Support. Additionally, you receive these services for one year: * Priority email support. * Optional involvement in beta program. |
