Fireshot v0.78, XP Pro, Firefox v3.5.3.
Capture cursor and/or mouseover text boxes with hotkey. This is a major shortcoming of Fireshot. Is it available in any version? Please respond to jmyates@yahoo.com if available. I will buy it. Thanks. |

| Please install 0.80 version (http://screenshot-program.com/fireshot.xpi), switch to Pro and use "Capture browser window". It also captures mouse cursor. | ||

| Hey, thanks for the quick response. I had just checked for upgrades on Fireshot and it did not list v0.80. Windows will not execute the fireshot.xpi you recommend to install v0.80. Thoughts? | ||

This is because Mozilla approval system is very slow.
We released 0.80 version 2 weeks ago, but it's still in sandbox. http://www.accessfirefox.org/Install_Addon_Manually.php |

Hot dog. All upgraded with lifetime support. I wish you a very long lifetime ;-)
And it does indeed capture mouseover text boxes but not the cursor...thoughts? |

Thanks for purchasing
Ah, I meant only mouse cursor, no thoughts how to capture the text one.

misunderstanding. My capture did NOT capture the mouse cursor. It did capture the mouseover text box. That is the small popup when the mouse cursor passes over a hot spot.
Can I use your screenshots in this forum? Gee, for you that should be a given ;-) |

Yes, you can use EasyCaptures.com, then use the code here for posting screenshots.
Mouse cursors are captured when you use "Capture browser window..." feature only. It's not unavailable in "Capture Entire..." and "Capture Visible..." options. |
