Windows Vista home premium 32bit Firefox 3.0.13 Why some of my printouts have big thick black border up to edge paper from all around the screen print totally surrounding screen image area on paper? This only happens on some screen prints, others have normal white (when using white paper) surround. I have set borders to 0 (zero) before print thinking this was border feature, but still I get problems. Possibly sticky remembering old setting? I do not refer to the thin black boundary line that can be around the screen image, this is like the whole of the paper turns from white to black border/background around print of screen image. Just tried printing same image multiple times, with various happenings.. first time was black background border. 2nd time was white border, 3rd time was white border, 4th time was black border again! What is problem? Why it does this? If this is the border feature can you make option to change border color from black to white or even whatever color peoples may prefer? . |

Does anyone else get black area around screen print outs, especially when printing selected/cropped area?

| A temporary solution for the users experiencing this bug is to press "Setup" button in "Print Preview" dialog and then click "OK". | ||

Still no reply.. I am still waiting to see if this bug will be fixed before I buy pro version.
No point having ability to print direct from within Fireshot pro if it cannot even initialise printer properly. Will it be fixed?.. When? |
