Hi I've lost my licence key information, and I am being asked to purchase the program again or provide the account/username and licence key

Can you please provide me with this information so that i pay switch back to pro

I was previously registered for support under "cheffo", but the system isn't accepting the password - including newly emailed ones.  So, I've established another account.

I just need a key for my previous purchase I made.  It was under lane@engineplacement.com.

Every time I reboot my lap top it comes up saying I need to register my software...i enter my license and it rejects it...the program still works but this is annoying me,  Any suggestions?

I have yet to receive any of the emails containing the resent license info. Although I do receive emails when someone post to this thread which is odd.

Please resend when you get a chance.

I've just resent the code to the second email you specified. I did this third time. Can you check all your folders including Junk/Spam and confirm receiving?
