JK...just purchased. Have received email with Activation Key: Owner Name: xxx xxx Support Code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. When I try to upgrade from trial (or simple) version and enter owner name and support code data as licensing information, it is not accepted as valid. Is there supposed to be a license key that is different from support code? Do I need to wait longer before trying to upgrade? ??? (It is not in Jumk Mail folder, as in some other posts.)

Hi,
I upgraded my FireFox Screen Shot and my license isn't working now. Granted, I bought the license on 7/11/2008 so perhaps it's an old number or something but I would love to get it working again. Mozilla 5.0 Version 3.6.12 MS Windows XP I used the free 30 day trial thinking that I'd be able to get it to keep working but nada, not so much. Can you help?
