| hi i have purchased a license but when i enter the key number it will not accept it so i can not register it and as you no it will not work with out. yet it worked well with 30 day version here is my info, i have windows 7 home premium 64 bis with firefox 14.01 and fireshot 0.98.15. add on the order number is 10682488 and the key number is 2IQM-NHPA-79Q8-5QG6-ARTH-6ND4 i hope you can help thank you paul pahayes@tpg.com.au | ||

windows 7 Firefox 19 I have a subscription to pro and every time I boot my computer it requests me to purchase or put in license info. This just started a week ago. When I put in the license info, it says invalid. I am copying right from the program. Then it tells me to update to the version I am already running? |

| Galligher1, it seems like the key is entered incorrectly. Maybe some extra spaces, wrong name or entering 0 instead of O and vice verso. The key has a lifetime subscription, you don't have to worry about it. | ||
